About
No Full Stop.
We believe difficult problems deserve better than comfortable answers.
And that interesting ideas are worth doing something about.
Why this exists
The name is the point. Nothing here is finished the moment it launches.
No Full Stop is an independent venture and strategy studio. We build things of our own, develop ideas into frameworks other people can use, and work selectively with organisations on challenges that do not come with a playbook.
They may be too ordinary to attract attention, too new to have a method, too awkward to fit inside one team, or too shared to have a clear owner. What connects them is not a sector. It is the way we approach them.
It is a small studio, deliberately. The person you speak to is the person doing the work, and the ambition is not to become an agency.
What we value
What guides us
Restless
We keep looking for what could be better. We notice what others have accepted and are not satisfied with the obvious answer
Practical
We build rather than simply advise. We turn the strongest answer into something real
Brave
We are willing to challenge accepted ways of doing things, take on difficult or overlooked problems and act when there is a better route forward

Founded by Luke Baker
Restless by instinct. Practical by choice.
Luke Baker is a strategist, product builder and speaker drawn to the gap between how things work and how they could work.
He starts with the unresolved thing: a frustrating experience, an accepted assumption, or a problem that sits between organisations and belongs to none of them. He keeps asking questions until the real problem is visible, then turns it into something people can understand and act on.
He is not interested in thinking that never leaves the page. At The Football Association, as Senior Strategy Manager, he led the development of the National Grassroots Strategy for 2024 to 2028, from consultation through to the final strategy, delivery framework and measurable outcomes.
Separately, he founded Evadere Virtual Escape Rooms with almost no initial investment and grew it into the UK's largest virtual escape-room provider at its peak, reaching tens of thousands of customers and generating a six-figure pre-tax profit.
The ventures here come from the same curiosity: whether a familiar voice could change the hardest moment of a workout, whether a race night could be rebuilt for the room, whether challenges no organisation can solve alone need a different way of thinking about contribution.
No Full Stop is where all of it sits together: the strategic experience, the independent thinking and the appetite to make something real.
Worth a conversation?
If you are working on something that does not have an obvious answer, we would like to hear about it.
